Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Keisen ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Keisen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on your personal devices, subject to the terms of your subscription plan. You may install Keisen on multiple devices, but only one device may be active per account at a time.

Free trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro-tier access. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Software.

Subscriptions and billing

Keisen offers three subscription plans: Lite, Base, and Pro. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans receive a discount. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account
Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
Cancellation stops renewal — you keep access until the end of the current period

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with Keisen, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refund requests after the 7-day window or for subsequent billing cycles are not eligible. To request a refund, contact support@getkeisen.app.

AI usage

AI features are subject to per-plan token limits. Base plans include 500 AI queries per month; Pro plans include 2,500. Token counts reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused tokens do not carry over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Share, redistribute, or sublicense the Software to third parties
Use the Software to violate any applicable law or regulation
Circumvent license validation, token limits, or other technical restrictions
Use automated tools to abuse the AI quota or API endpoints

Intellectual property

The Software, including its source code, design, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Keisen. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your data

You retain full ownership of your data. Keisen does not access, store, or transmit your database contents, query results, or credentials beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all database systems.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Keisen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, arising from the use of the Software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately. Data stored locally on your machine remains yours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
